In general, It is NOT GG Kits Ltd policy to offer refunds. Please note ALL made to order items (personalised / custom / bespoke products.) are NON–
REFUNDABLE unless there is a manufacturing fault. In the event you do find a fault this MUST be emailed to info@ggkits.co.uk with full details within 7 days of receiving the goods. GG Kits Ltd will look to replace the item. Where a replacement cannot be actioned a credit note equal to the cost of the
goods (minus any incentives or discounts) will be issued.
We have a 28-day return policy on non personalised, non bespoke, non custom products, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In these instances a credit note or exchange will be offered.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We hope you’ll always feel great in your GG Kit, but very occasionally we may get it wrong (We are only human!). If we do, complaints & comments can be forwarded to us in the same way. We will endeavour to resolve any issue within 21 days of receiving the complaint.
